Warranty
TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED FILTER PUMPER WARRANTY
(i) Filter Pumper products purchased from our website (www.filterpumper.com) or from an authorized retailer as listed on our website are warrantied against defects in workmanship performed by employees of Filter Pumper LLC for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the product.*
(ii) If a customer or retailer has found a manufacturing defect, Filter Pumper LLC, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law will: (a) repair the product at no charge; or (b) replace the product if it is irreparable.
(iii) This warranty excludes: (a) damage from abuse, misuse, accident, modifications, or other causes that are not defects in workmanship; (b) defects in materials not manufactured under the supervision of Filter Pumper LLC; and (c) accessory products, hoses, quick disconnects, and filters or components of products listed in section [iii-c].

Shipping
We can ship to any address in the United States via UPS. Buyer pays all shipping costs.
Returns
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
